The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions Operations, you will be the first–line contact for our colleagues in our school-based marketing and admissions teams. You will be detail-orientated with a passion for business systems and ensuring smooth-running team operations. You should have prior experience of working in a busy office environment, supporting multiple stakeholders. You will be competent with business systems and have the ability to demonstrate applied knowledge of administrative processes including data integrity, data management and resolving requests in a responsive manner.
You will be a strong communicator and enjoy engaging with our colleagues across our portfolio of schools and you will thrive on finding solutions which support our schools in achieving their growth targets.
You are a starter-finisher, organised and will enjoy supporting the marketing and admissions function with whatever needs to be done. No two days are the same!
Given the international nature of our portfolio of schools, the ability to speak fluent Spanish would be an advantage but it is not essential. Should you wish to apply and have Spanish language ability, please ensure this is clearly detailed within your application.

Role Profile
Working as part of the Marketing and Admissions Central Team, the Group Marketing and Admissions Officer will work collaboratively with the Group Head of Marketing and Admissions Operations and the Group Director of Marketing and Admissions, as well as our school-based teams to support the delivery of our objectives. The purpose of the role includes but is not limited to, the following key areas:
CRM – you are the global champion for all matters relating to the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Customer Experience – you actively support the implementation, roll-out and final analysis of the cycle of various customer experience projects.
Marketing - you may not have a marketing background, but you embrace being involved in marketing projects, including offline and online activity. Training will be provided if needed.
Day-to-day team operations – you provide best-in-class first-line administrative support to school-based teams and ensure all aspects of team operations run efficiently.
