This is an exciting time to join the founding team of a brand-new school, Trinity Academy Leeds, as it continues to grow and develop. Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to 240 students. We are now in our fourth year, with currently 946 students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond.

We are now looking to appoint an Attendance and Admissions Officer. T his is a unique opportunity to join our academy’s staff team; an opportunity to help shape, design and grow a school ethos and community as it continues its journey. Our ideal candidate shares our strong moral purpose in ensuring that all young people attend school every day and that all young people should aspire to excellence. You should be passionate about supporting young people, positive and solution focused with an unrelenting focus on improving lives and supporting young people and their families. You should work well within a wider team, be an effective communicator and a meticulous record keeper. A calm disposition, perspective and strong pastoral presence are essentials.
The successful candidate will be well supported through effective leadership and systems in a high performing MAT, an excellent CPD package, and the opportunity to progress as the school and the MAT continue to grow.
