You should be passionate about supporting young people, positive and solution focused with an unrelenting focus on improving lives and supporting young people and their families. You should work well within a wider team, be an effective communicator and a meticulous record keeper. A calm disposition, perspective and strong pastoral presence are essentials.

The successful candidate will be well supported through effective leadership and systems in a high performing MAT, an excellent CPD package, and the opportunity to progress as the school and the MAT continue to grow.

  • Opportunities for development and career progression.
  • Range of benefits including reduced cost health cover and access to the West Yorkshire Pension Fund.
