Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Social Inclusion Officer to focus on pastoral support, attendance and inclusion across its schools. The role involves building strong relationships with pupils and families, guiding young people through transitions and coordinating with external partners to promote safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with young people and families to support attendance and inclusion.
• Support young people through key transition points and lead or support group interventions.
• Signpost support within and outside of school and coordinate with external agencies and SAMs.
