Job summary

South Dartmoor Community College is seeking a dedicated colleague to lead pastoral provision for a year group. You will work closely with tutors, families, teaching staff and external agencies to ensure every student achieves their potential.

You will promote high attendance, exemplary behaviour and strong engagement, supporting wellbeing and safeguarding while fostering partnerships with parents and external agencies.

Working closely with tutors, families, teaching staff and external agencies, the successful candidate will lead pastoral provision for a year group, ensuring that every student is supported to achieve their full potential.
