Homes for Students Ltd is looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy team in Liverpool. You will handle calls, emails and convert them into viewings and bookings using our sales process while delivering excellent customer service to students.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication with customers.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.

• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries across phone, live chat, email, web and social media.
• Convert leads to viewing appointments and bookings using the sales process.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise bookings.
• Meet daily and weekly targets with conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with property teams to drive lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records in the databases.
