Job summary

UniHomes is looking for a B2C Sales Executive to join our Sheffield team. Based in our City Centre office, you will handle a high volume of outbound calls to students sorting utilities and broadband for shared housing, offering consultative guidance and product recommendations.

The role offers a salary of £24,500 plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000) with clear progression, training, and a supportive team culture as UniHomes continues to grow across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to handle high-volume outbound calls.
• Comfortable with targets and uncapped commission.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to students and households about utilities and broadband.
• Recommend the package that best suits the household and explain coverage.
• Handle objections with knowledge of our service.
• Work toward individual and team targets with uncapped commission.
• Maintain CRM and telephony data (Salesforce and Vonage).
