The Post is seeking a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to manage building security and guest services. You will interact with students and customers, resolve queries, and support pastoral care initiatives within a fast-paced team.

You will handle administration, inspections, basic cleaning and welfare duties, plus shift handovers and incident reporting. A 10% night shift allowance applies, with duties including fire safety and emergency responses.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or front-line support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative tasks and record-keeping experience would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with security and safety procedures is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage a set of buildings and provide a safe, secure environment.
• Interact with students and customers to resolve queries and provide information.
• Provide an initial pastoral care response and signpost to student support services.
• Handle check in/out processes and prepare reports on arrivals, departures and inventory.
• Respond to incidents and follow up with proper reporting and logging.
