The University of Lincoln is offering a Strategic Delivery Internship to help turn strategy into real improvements across student services. You will map journeys, gather data, and support delivery with mentoring and structured development.

You will work with colleagues across the university to understand student experiences, plan actions, and test changes that make services clearer, more connected and easier to use.

Competenze

• A degree or equivalent experience, or clear interest in developing skills in service improvement, research, delivery or student support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work positively with students, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Curiosity, creativity and problem-solving abilities for using information to drive improvements.
• Interest in change, improvement and making services better for students.
• Ability to manage tasks and work accurately within guidance and established processes.
• This opportunity is open exclusively to University of Lincoln graduates who completed their studies within the last two years.

Mansioni

• Support student journey improvement by mapping journeys and maintaining clear action information.
• Speak with students, colleagues and service users to understand experiences, identify issues and test understanding of problems.
• Gather, organise and present information to support evidence-led decisions and practical improvement ideas.
• Support simple research, feedback and evaluation activity to help understand whether changes improve the student experience.
• Plan and manage your own workload with guidance, meet agreed deadlines and keep colleagues informed of progress.
