University of Oxford's Focus team seeks a Service Improvement Lead to steer strategic improvements across professional services. You will lead a team of improvement practitioners and work with senior leaders to identify opportunities and develop recommendations, business cases and roadmaps.

The role blends strategic thinking with delivery, requiring strong facilitation, influence and people leadership, and the ability to translate evidence into actionable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Focus improvement practitioners and work with senior University leaders to understand services, identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations, business cases and roadmaps for change.
• Provide constructive challenge and expert advice, ensuring service design and change expertise are brought together to address challenges.
• Stay involved in delivery on complex, high-priority work to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with leadership groups to translate evidence into clear, practical actions.
