Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Oxfordshire offers a 12-month Communications & Business Excellence Internship. You will work with teams across the business to support internal communications, branding, and engagement initiatives, while gaining insight into how we communicate with colleagues and visitors.

You should be an undergraduate student studying any subject, ready to show initiative, write clearly, plan events, and collaborate with operations, engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree and seeking a 12-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in communications, engagement and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications and share engaging updates across the business.
• Contribute to branding and engagement activities with consistency.
• Assist with planning internal/external visits and preparing materials.
• Review and improve business processes to boost clarity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with operations, engineering, QA and business support.
• Support transitions between Eynsham and Bicester facilities.
