Job summary

University of Bath invites applications for a full-time role within a specific academic department to contribute to an integrated student support system. You will assist with academic advising, monitor course engagement, Disability Access Plans, and wellbeing/support for study, returning to study and coordination with Student Support & Safeguarding.

You will work with colleagues across the Faculty and wider University, fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Pro-active and self-motivated; able to communicate effectively; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an effective integrated student support system within a department.
• Provide support for colleagues and processes supporting students through academic advising and course engagement monitoring.
• Support Disability Access Plans, Health, Wellbeing & Support for Study plans, Return to Study, and liaising with Student Support & Safeguarding.
• Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues in the academic department, Faculty Student Support & Safeguarding and across the wider University.
