Job summary

Study Group is seeking a Student Experience Officer at Leeds International Study Centre (On-Site) in Leeds. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative and operational services to support the ISC’s daily functioning, both online and on-site.

You will manage a reception service, respond to student inquiries, process registrations, and maintain accurate student records while providing excellent customer service and signposting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Experience supporting students in an educational context.
• Experience in customer service or front-office environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception services and respond to routine student enquiries.
• Record data accurately in the student records system.
• Assist with student registration and orientation processes.
• Support events, venues, catering and equipment bookings as needed.
• Handle general admin tasks and liaise with centre management.
