Job summary

University Partnerships Programme (UPP) is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to join the Partnerships team based at the University of Reading. You will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of our Home at Halls student experience programme, creating engaging opportunities that enhance wellbeing, belonging and retention for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Higher Education or student accommodation is desirable.
• Experience coordinating student ambassadors or staff.
• Experience creating communications and social media campaigns.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Home at Halls programme.
• Coordinate event logistics, venues, suppliers, materials, staffing and risk assessments.
• Recruit, train and support Student Representatives as ambassadors.
• Deliver engagement activities to support satisfaction, retention and rebooking.
• Support promotion at open days, applicant days and recruitment events.
• Create engaging student communications and social media content.
