Job summary

Hintel is recruiting a brand-new Resident Experience Manager to shape the student experience across a nationwide portfolio. You will work with Marketing, Communications & Operations to design events, campaigns and initiatives that engage students throughout the academic year, from wellbeing activities to employability and personal development programs.

• 3+ years’ experience within resident/customer experience, marketing & engagement, hospitality, student services or community engagement
• Experience delivering events, engagement programmes or customer experiences
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Creative, proactive and confident bringing new ideas to the table
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using customer insight and feedback to drive improvements

We’re recruiting for a brand-new Resident Experience Manager role with a leading UK student accommodation provider, supporting an impressive portfolio of 9,500+ beds across 28 sites in 19 UK cities. Working closely with Marketing, Communications & Operations, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life through events, campaigns and initiatives that engage students throughout the academic year – from social and wellbeing activities to programmes supporting careers, employability, financial wellbeing, life skills and personal development.
