UPP Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the Northern Region, based at a university site. The role supports the Operations Director and SLT, delivering insights to improve performance across multiple campuses. Experience in higher education, accommodation, facilities management or client-facing environments is advantageous; Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint experience is desirable.

Are you highly organised, data-driven and passionate about process improvement? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Northern Region and be based at one of our university sites to support the Operations Director and Senior Leadership Team. In this varied role, you'll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams, providing the insight and support needed to enhance performance across multiple sites while helping to shape future ways of working through digital innovation, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Experience working within higher education, accommodation, facilities management or customer-facing environments would be advantageous, as would experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Co-pilot or other digital productivity tools.
