Job summary

Esteem Valley Academy is seeking an Engagement Officer to work across three sites in Derbyshire, supporting students with social, emotional, behavioural and learning needs to re-engage with education and build confidence for success both in and beyond the classroom.

You will work closely with pupils, families and colleagues, contributing fully to the life of the school while safeguarding and promoting welfare. The role offers a rewarding, flexible environment within a supportive MAT.
