Derby College Group is seeking an Employer Partnership Adviser – Student Employment to join our Student Employment team at Roundhouse Campus. You will support recruitment campaigns, connect students with employment opportunities, and match candidates to vacancies while delivering high-quality guidance.

You will build strong relationships with employers, advise on apprenticeships and part-time roles, and help students progress into rewarding careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment campaigns and advising students.
• Ability to build and maintain employer relationships.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and student employability support.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment campaigns and connect students with vacancies.
• Provide high-quality guidance and implement a professional recruitment service.
• Collaborate with employers, Employer Partnership Managers, and Curriculum teams to fill vacancies.
