Job summary

Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist for our Student Services team at the Roundhouse Campus, Pride Park, Derby.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, supporting students, and assisting staff and external partners. This part-time role requires strong communication and IT skills, with an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Administration desirable or possible to work towards.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service.
• Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or Administration.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to handle enquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and support students and staff.
• Handle enquiries efficiently and maintain a welcoming environment.
