Job summary

Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for 3 Learning Support Assistants to join us at The Roundhouse campus. You’ll provide a range of support services to students with inclusion and support needs, enabling them to achieve and progress across multiple curriculum areas.

We value building strong working relationships and practical problem solving to help our 120+ learning support staff develop outstanding skills and knowledge. DBS check and safeguarding apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support to students in class and across a range of curriculum areas such as hair and beauty, travel and tourism, business, engineering, and motor vehicles.
• Support students with inclusion and learning needs to help them access the curriculum and progress.
• Work as part of a team to foster confidence and a can-do attitude among students.
