King's College London is seeking a Student Email Manager to lead planning, delivery and optimisation of email communications across the student recruitment journey within the Student Marketing & Communications team. You will manage campaigns that support prospective students from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring timely, engaging and data-driven communications.

Competenze

• Educated to degree level and/or with substantial relevant experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and experience using CRM platforms or marketing automation.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, plus knowledge of data protection for email marketing.
