Job summary

Think FE Ltd in Gloucester is recruiting a Student Records and Data Lead to oversee the student data team, ensuring accurate records, timetables and enrolment, and deputising for the Student Data Manager when required.

You will supervise data administrators, coordinate enrolment activity and audit data quality to meet ILR deadlines, while driving process improvements using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an administrative team in a customer-focused organisation.
• Ability to improve processes, reduce errors and increase efficiency.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and support data administrators.
• Coordinate enrolment activity and train staff involved in enrolment.
• Keep student records accurate and up to date, meeting ILR deadlines.
• Work with curriculum teams to resolve timetable and record issues.
• Review data quality reports and support funding compliance.
• Improve administrative processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide guidance on systems and procedures across teams.
