Inspire Education Group (IEG) is looking for a Student Records Administrator to join our MIS team in Peterborough. You will manage student data with accuracy, support enrolments, and assist front-line services in a busy college environment.

The role focuses on data integrity, service desk handling, and collaborative work during peak enrolment periods. A Level 2 qualification with GCSEs, strong communication, and discretion are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Level 2 or equivalent with solid GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
• Experience: Background in administration or a data-focused role in a busy office.
• Skills: Speedy and accurate data entry, methodical problem solving, discretion with confidential information.
• People Skills: Excellent communication, flexible to changing tasks, strong customer care orientation.

Aufgaben

• Inputting and updating vital student information including enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, and achievements.
• Handling service desk requests, emails, and phone calls to support curriculum and support teams.
• Systematically validating data fields to ensure records comply with funding rules and regulations.
• Collaborating with Student Services during peak periods like student enrolment.
• Participating in team meetings and supporting colleagues to maintain team spirit.
