Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Attendance Administrator for a well-regarded academy in Lancashire. The role focuses on safeguarding and supporting student attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, contributing to a positive learning environment.

You will work within pastoral and attendance teams, maintaining records, analysing data and communicating with parents to help keep students on track and engaged in school life.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, punctuality and behavioural incidents.
• Monitor daily attendance and follow up on absences in accordance with school procedures.
• Record behaviour incidents, detentions and sanctions using the academy's systems.
• Communicate professionally with parents and carers regarding attendance and behavioural concerns.
• Prepare reports and analyse relevant data for senior leaders, pastoral teams and external agencies.
• Provide essential administrative support to the attendance, pastoral and safeguarding teams.
