Unknown School in Cumbria is seeking a confident, organised Behaviour & Attendance Administrator to join our dedicated team. You will maintain accurate records of student attendance, punctuality and behaviour, and support a positive school environment.

You will monitor daily attendance, follow up unexplained absences, record incidents and sanctions, liaise with parents, and produce reports for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Keep student attendance, punctuality and behaviour records accurate and up to date.
• monitor daily attendance and follow up on unexplained absences.
• record behaviour incidents, detentions and sanctions using academy systems.
• liaise with parents and carers to address attendance and behaviour concerns.
• producing reports and data to help senior leaders and pastoral teams identify trends and provide support.
• assisting the attendance, pastoral and safeguarding teams with essential administrative tasks.
