Marchant Recruitment is seeking an Attendance and Behaviour Officer for a Goole-based secondary academy in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The role focuses on maintaining accurate attendance, punctuality and behaviour records, and supporting safeguarding and pastoral teams.

You will monitor daily attendance, follow up absences, keep incident logs and sanctions up to date, and prepare reliable reports for senior leaders to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of accurate attendance, punctuality and behaviour records.
• Monitor daily attendance and ensure absences are followed up promptly.
• Keep behaviour systems up to date, including incident logs, detentions and sanctions.
• Build professional lines of communication with parents and carers around attendance and behaviour.
• Prepare clear, reliable reports to support senior leadership decisions and pastoral interventions.
• Work alongside safeguarding, pastoral and attendance colleagues to keep essential processes organised.
