• Record behaviour incidents and sanctions using the academy's systems.
• Monitor daily attendance and follow up absences.
• Communicate professionally with parents and carers regarding attendance and behavioural concerns.
• Prepare reports and analyse relevant data for senior leaders, pastoral teams and external agencies.
• Provide essential administrative support to the attendance, pastoral and safeguarding teams.
