Job summary

The Orpheus Centre in Godstone, Surrey, is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Coordinator to manage the admissions journey from enquiry through enrolment. You will work with prospective students, families and local authorities to ensure a smooth, supportive recruitment process and a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or education setting.
• Understanding of SEND and EHCP processes.
• Experience in FE admissions or recruitment.
• Knowledge of Databridge or SIMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.
• Be first point of contact for prospective students and families.
• Coordinate college tours, taster days and recruitment events.
• Review applications and EHCPs and liaise with local authorities.
• Maintain records and report admissions data to senior leadership.
• Support enrolment and MIS data entry.
• Build relationships with feeder schools and external providers.
• Provide admissions data and reports to senior leadership.
