Flow Student, part of MCR Property Group, is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Executive in Sheffield. You will handle inbound and overflow enquiries via phone and email, convert leads to viewings or bookings, and support on-site teams with occupancy targets.

You’ll manage leads in HubSpot and work toward clear KPIs in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will collaborate with the Group Sales Manager and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth handover to

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, lettings, hospitality or customer conversion roles.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Friendly and confident communicator, particularly over the phone.
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and respond to inbound and overflow enquiries via phone, email and portals.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to convert warm leads into bookings.
• Maintain high conversion rates through consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Accurately record all activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Support site teams with occupancy targets and visibility of pipeline performance.
• Deliver professional, confident communication and ensure seamless handovers to on-site teams.
