Flow Student Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Executive to manage inbound and outbound enquiries, converting them to viewings and bookings. You will work from our Sheffield office, using HubSpot to track leads and maintain a clean pipeline, while collaborating with the Group Sales Manager and on-site teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales conversion, and pipeline management with a target-driven ethos and the potential for commission on bookings.

Formación

• Must be target-driven with a strong focus on results.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries via phone and email and convert to viewings or bookings.
• Maintain HubSpot activity and clean pipeline data for reporting.
• Support site teams and campaigns to hit occupancy targets.
• Deliver professional and consistent communication aligned with marketing campaigns.
