Job summary

Flow Student, powered by MCR Property Group, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel campaigns across the Flow Student portfolio from our Manchester base. You will coordinate with agencies, manage email campaigns in HubSpot, and optimise performance to grow occupancy and revenue.

Salary £30,000–£35,000 per annum, full-time, 9am to 5:30pm, with DBS check. There is travel to Sheffield/Preston and other sites across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Marketing role experience (1+ year).
• Experience supporting campaigns across several marketing channels.
• Experience in email marketing, paid media, SEO or social media.
• Attention to pricing, offers and booking information.
• Good organisational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written English, analytical and communication skills.
• Creative mindset.
• Team player and ability to work in a team and in silo.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to launch and evaluation.
• Coordinate external agencies to ensure quality output across SEO and paid media.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across paid social, search, email, organic social, websites and print.
• Coordinate campaigns for key booking periods and events.
• Write clear Flow Student copy across email, web, social and listings.
• Maintain accurate property information and booking links.
• Build and send segmented email campaigns through HubSpot with testing and reporting.
• Support website content management and optimize property pages.
• Create campaign briefs outlining audience, objective, proposition, message and channels.
• Coordinate creative production with designers, photographers, videographers and agencies.
• Support Flow Creators program and resident-generated content.
• Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, approvals and asset libraries.
• Monitor leads, bookings and campaign performance by property/city/channel.
• Produce concise weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with property teams for local stories and updates.
