• Previous experience as a Structures Agent or Sub Agent on major civil engineering projects.
• Experience delivering structural works within a highways or infrastructure environment.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Ability to work from drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
• Relevant construction qualifications and site tickets.
