Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Highways Agent to oversee the delivery of road and pavement works on a major infrastructure project in Scotland. You will manage site operations, coordinate engineering and construction teams, and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely and to required standards.

The ideal candidate has proven Highways Agent or Sub Agent experience, strong road/pavement construction knowledge, and familiarity with major highway schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Highways Agent or Sub Agent.
• Strong road and pavement construction experience.
• Experience on major highways or infrastructure schemes.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of programme, quality and health & safety.
• Relevant construction qualifications and site experience.
