Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Sub Agent/Structures Agent for a long-term highways and infrastructure project in Scotland. You will support delivery of structural works, coordinating with site teams, engineers, subcontractors and project management to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has prior Sub Agent or Structures Agent experience on major civil engineering schemes, strong highway/infrastructure exposure and the ability to work from drawings and

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Structures Agent or Sub Agent on major civil engineering projects.
• Experience delivering structural works within a highways or infrastructure environment.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Ability to work from drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
• Relevant construction qualifications and site tickets.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of structural works on a major highway/infrastructure scheme.
• Work closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors and project management to ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
