Job summary

Carrington West seeks an experienced Highways Agent to oversee the delivery of road and pavement works on a major Scottish infrastructure project. You will manage site operations, coordinate engineering and construction teams, and supervise subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has proven highway or infrastructure project leadership, strong programme and quality control, plus relevant construction qualifications and on-site experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Highways Agent or Sub Agent.
• Strong road and pavement construction experience.
• Experience on major highways or infrastructure schemes.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of programme, quality and health & safety.
• Relevant construction qualifications and site experience.

Are you an experienced Highways Agent or Sub Agent experienced with pavement works looking for your next long-term project?

A major infrastructure project in Scotland is looking for experienced highways professionals to oversee the delivery of road and pavement works.

You will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating engineering and construction teams, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Highways Agent or Sub Agent
• Strong road and pavement construction experience
• Experience on major highways or infrastructure schemes
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of programme, quality and health & safety
• Relevant construction qualifications and site experience
