Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Transaction Management Unit Specialist to implement and manage complex Structured Corporate Loan transactions within a demanding asset class. You will support Investment Banking and Wholesale Clients, overseeing operations through the transaction lifecycle with stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant Transaction Management experience, preferably in Financial Services, and a strong

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in Transaction Management in Financial Services.
Experience supporting Investment Banking operations.
Ability to interpret legal agreements related to structured loan transactions.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor and resolve operational issues across live transactions with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to contract terms and mitigate operational risks.
Provide SME inputs on Structured Loan requirements for product development and activations.
Create vanilla and complex transactions on ACBS per legal features for accounting records.
Maintain documentation in internal systems and document-management solutions.
Review and validate complex Structured Corporate Loan transactions for Wholesale Clients.
