Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting for a role within the Transactional Structuring team in the UK. The team partners with TBS Corporate and Institutional Sales and other Solution teams to structure and execute trades and credit submissions across Core Trade to Invoice Finance products.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk awareness, and delivering value across a broad product suite. The arrangement is hybrid, with a preference for spending several days in the office.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse information and model financial outcomes.
• Strong communication of sophisticated topics to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring and execution of transactions across the Transaction Banking product suite.
• Assist senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting P&L targets.
• Create product papers (credit memos) and liaise with credit teams for facilities approval.
• Contribute to the execution of Transaction Banking Solutions products across trade and payments.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements; mitigate commercial risks.
