Job summary

CSC is seeking a Transaction Manager in London to lead a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage SPV secretarial obligations, and oversee billing, compliance, and documentation processes.

You will also mentor junior colleagues and support business development with existing clients and intermediaries, while ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience working in structured finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Willing to guide and train junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: manage a varied portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions and coordinate with clients and internal/external parties.
• Corporate Secretarial Services: manage SPV secretarial obligations and board meeting organisation.
• Business Development: maintain client relationships and coordinate reporting with intermediaries.
• Compliance: monitor client acceptance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing risk.
• Client Invoicing: prepare billing files and review invoices for timely settlement.
• People Management: coach junior team members and oversee execution of documents.
