Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in loan portfolio analysis, credit risk, structured finance or securitisation.
• Strong background in underwriting or credit assessment is highly relevant.
• Proven experience managing projects and teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Understanding of structured finance debt structures and reporting requirements.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and a desire to develop others.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver loan-level due diligence, re-underwriting and data verification for private securitisation transactions.
• Review credit files, servicing data and loan documentation to assess credit quality.
• Oversee review of lending policies and portfolio characteristics against risk appetite.
• Lead AUP testing for public securitisations and mentor junior team members.
• Review investor reporting for accuracy and provide recommendations to clients.
• Act as day-to-day client contact and manage relationships and communications.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on scopes, timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership materials.
