Qualifications

• Background in structured finance, credit risk or loan underwriting.
• 4–6 years of loan portfolio analysis or related experience.
• Experience managing projects and teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan-level due diligence, re-underwriting, and data verification for private securitisation transactions.
• Review credit files, servicing data and loan documentation to assess credit quality and underwriting adherence.
• Oversee lending policy reviews and alignment with portfolio characteristics and credit risk appetite.
• Lead AUP testing for public securitisations, including planning, execution and quality control; mentor juniors.
• Review investor reporting for accuracy and develop recommendations for improvements; communicate with clients.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
