Interpath Advisory is seeking a commercially driven Director to join our Loan Portfolio Diligence team, focusing on structured finance transactions across the UK and beyond.

You will lead complex due diligence engagements, manage key client relationships, and mentor high-performing teams while shaping the practice's strategic direction and expanding service offerings in a fast-growing global firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in structured finance or securitisation.
• Proven track record leading loan diligence engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with client origination experience.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all phases of loan portfolio diligence engagements.
• Oversee complex due diligence, re-underwriting, data verification and AUP testing.
• Cultivate senior client relationships and originate new business.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams and drive excellence.
• Shape strategic direction and expansion of the practice in the UK and beyond.
• Collaborate with other divisions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent the firm in industry forums and thought leadership.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure risk management compliance.
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments.
