Job summary

Interpath Advisory is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Loan Portfolio Diligence team, focusing on structured finance transactions. Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of experience in loan portfolio analysis, credit risk, structured finance or securitisation.
• Experience in managing projects and teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Understanding of structured finance debt structures and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver loan-level due diligence, re-underwriting and data verification for private securitisation transactions.
• Review credit files, servicing data and loan documentation to assess credit quality and adherence to underwriting standards.
• Oversee lending policies review to align with portfolio characteristics and credit risk appetite.
• Lead AUP testing for public securitisations, including planning, execution and quality control, mentoring juniors.
• Review investor reporting for accuracy and provide actionable improvements.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients during day-to-day transaction delivery and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to agree scopes, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Support business development and contribute to internal methodologies and training materials.
