Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group in London seeks a senior structured finance lawyer to advise on complex financing transactions and securitisations. You will draft and negotiate security and intercreditor arrangements, while collaborating across groups to close deals, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, hybrid-work environment.

The role offers exposure to corporate, banking, and regulatory teams and requires a proactive, client-focused mind with strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on structured finance transactions and securitisations preferred.
• Proactive with ability to own clients, workstreams and processes.
• Experience drafting documents with increasing complexity.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate security and related documents for financing transactions.
• Lead or support structuring and term sheet stages through closing and post-closing.
• Contribute to business development through know-how, market updates and networks.
• Collaborate with corporate, restructuring, banking, tax and regulatory groups.
