You will handle mandates across securitisation, asset-backed finance and structured credit, advising sponsors, banks and originators on diverse financing structures. The team works across Europe, the US and Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years post-qualified experience in structured finance.
• Experience in securitisation or asset-backed finance preferred.
• Experience in banking and finance at City or US law firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead across mandates spanning securitisation and structured credit.
• Advise sponsors, banks, credit funds and originators on complex structures.
