Obex is seeking a Structured Finance Associate in London with 3–6 PQE to join a market-leading international finance practice. The role focuses on sophisticated transactions across securitisation, CLOs, warehouse funding and related financing structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong private practice experience in structured finance and securitisation, with excellent technical skills and a track record handling complex transactions within a top-tier firm.

The team advises leading banks, financial institutions, funds, arrangers, issuers and investors on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

• Structured finance & securitisation

• Warehouse & funding arrangements
• Derivatives and related financing structures
