Dentons in London seeks an Associate to join our growing Structured Finance team. The successful candidate will advise on premium structured finance and securitisation work within a supportive and friendly environment.

You will build client relationships, contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with teams across the firm globally to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Strong academic record and degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 PQE level in structured finance or securitisation.
• Extensive knowledge of securitisation and structured finance transactions.
• Experience as transaction counsel and with international clients is advantageous.

• Advise on premium structured finance and securitisation work for international clients.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
