Are you a keen structural technician with a minimum of 1 year of Autocad or Revit experience within a structural design practice? Would you be interested in joining a dynamic, social, and innovative structural engineering firm in Buckhurst Hill (near the end of the Central Line)? Current staff highly recommend!

This opportunity is ideal for a social candidate with high aspirations and a passion for drawing work. The Director of this firm is highly qualified, MIStructE, MICE, and an ICE Examiner, practicing technical excellence.

The firm currently employs 10 staff and boasts a great office space very close to the station. The offices are spacious and feature amenities such as a pool table, table tennis, and a beer fridge. The company maintains a fun social environment, including an annual trip abroad.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working on building structures projects using Autocad or Revit within a structural design practice. More experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Good teamwork skills are essential.

The firm has a diverse portfolio, including projects such as architecturally led private houses, a £50m 21-storey tower, a £50m development adding two storeys to a row of shops, and a bespoke 15-bedroom private house with amenities like bowling alleys, underground disco, theatre, and dining room. Projects are often bespoke and challenging.

The office is conveniently located near Buckhurst Hill station, within walking distance of a park and pubs. It is very dog-friendly, with two dogs currently part of the team.
