ES Recruit is recruiting experienced Structural Steel Welders to join a well-established structural steel fabrication business based in North Yorkshire. The role offers day and back shifts with regular overtime.

You’ll weld heavy structural plate up to 100mm thick using MAG 135, with opportunities for single and multi-run welds, and you’ll work around overhead cranes in a busy production environment. The package includes competitive rates (£16.85–£20.22 per hour) with a 20% shift uplift and a

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Structural Steel Welder.
• Strong MAG 135 welding experience.
• Experience with heavy structural plate and sections.
• Experience producing single and multi-run fillet and butt welds.
• Understanding of welding codes and standards.
• Experience working around overhead cranes and appropriate slinging techniques.
