Job summary

Employment Solutions Ltd in Winsford is looking for an experienced MIG Welder/Structural Welder or Fabricator Welder to join a busy structural steel fabrication shop. Immediate starts available after a weld test.

You will weld mild steel and structural components, work with thick plate up to 20mm, follow engineering drawings and maintain high weld quality in a fast-paced environment. Overtime available. Dayshift with early finish on Friday.

Qualifications

• Time-served MIG Welders / Structural Welders.
• Experienced in medium to heavy structural engineering.
• Confident MIG welding of thick plate.
• Experienced welding mild steel.
• Comfortable in a structural steel fabrication shop.
• Able to produce high-quality structural welds consistently.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld mild steel.
• Weld medium to heavy structural components.
• Work with thick plate up to 20mm.
• Produce strong, consistent fillet welds.
• Follow engineering drawings and fabrication requirements.
• Maintain high weld quality and workmanship.
• Work safely within a busy fabrication environment.
