Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking an RC Frame Site Manager for a large civils project in Redcar. You will oversee reinforced concrete frame works, basements and groundworks, ensuring technical delivery and safety standards are met on a major civil engineering project.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor programmes, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid are required.

Formación

• Proven track record managing multi-storey RC frame, basement or heavy groundworks projects.
• SMSTS certified site management.
• CSCS Black/Gold/Manager level card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong ability to read complex civil/structural drawings and understand sequencing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site operations for RC frame, formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours.
• Supervise RC frame and groundworks subcontractors, labour teams, and logistics.
• Ensure works align with drawings, rebar schedules, specs and temporary works designs.
• Enforce strict site safety protocols, risk assessments and inductions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site engineers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
