Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Manager for a large civils project in Redcar. You will oversee the construction, technical delivery, and safety of reinforced concrete structures, basements, and associated groundworks packages on a major civil engineering site.

The role requires a proven track record managing RC frame projects, strong coordination of subcontractors, and rigorous safety and quality controls on complex frames and groundworks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-storey RC frame, basement, or heavy groundworks projects for main contractors or specialist frame subcontractors.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• CSCS Card (Black or Gold/Manager level).
• First Aid at Work.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Site Operations: Manage site activities to ensure the structural frame, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours stay on schedule.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise RC frame and groundworks subcontractors, labour teams, and plant/material logistics.
• Quality & Technical Compliance: Ensure all works match structural drawings, rebar schedules, specifications, and temporary works designs.
• Health and Safety: Enforce strict site safety protocols, risk assessments, method statements, and site inductions.
• Progress Reporting: Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and commercial teams to monitor programmes and resolve site issues.
